Teleperformance unveils new Taguig facility, expanding operations

Teleperformance (TP), a leading name in digital business services, has officially opened its newest site in Taguig City, further solidifying its position as a major player in the Philippines’ IT-BPM sector. Known as the TP McKinley Campus, this five-story, state-of-the-art facility marks the company’s 27th location in the country.

Located in the McKinley West business district, the new campus is designed to accommodate over 3,700 seats and is set to enhance Teleperformance’s recruitment efforts. The site boasts advanced features such as digitally-enabled workstations, flexible collaboration areas, wellness and recreational spaces, a gym, and a dedicated recruitment hub. Executive offices are also part of the design, all aimed at fostering employee well-being and efficiency.

A Symbol of Growth and Innovation

According to Rahul Jolly, TP Philippines’ chief executive, the McKinley Campus represents more than just a workplace. "The McKinley Campus is not just a new workplace – it’s a symbol of how Filipino excellence and empathy drive innovation", Jolly shared.

"This is where technology meets humanity, and where our PHuture Forward journey truly begins", he added, emphasizing the company’s commitment to blending technology with human-centric solutions.

The new site also reflects Teleperformance’s focus on sustainability and technological advancements. Equipped with smart technologies, AI-driven systems, and robust cybersecurity measures, the facility showcases the organization’s shift toward next-generation digital business services. Additionally, the TP McKinley Campus has achieved LEED certification, making it renewable energy source-ready by December 2025.

Launch Highlights and Milestones

The grand opening of the TP McKinley Campus was celebrated with prominent attendees, including Department of Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Aguda, Taguig City Representative Jorge Bocobo, and Alliance Global Group president and chief executive Kevin Tan. Teleperformance Global chief executive Daniel Julien and other senior company executives were also present to mark the occasion.

As one of the largest employers in the Philippines, Teleperformance currently operates with a workforce of 60,000 employees across its 27 business sites. The company has been a key contributor to job creation and innovation in the country for nearly three decades.
