Global technology services giant Cognizant has announced a strategic partnership with AI research company Anthropic to transform enterprise AI adoption and enhance its internal operations. The collaboration will integrate Anthropic’s Claude AI models into Cognizant’s client offerings and deploy the technology across its 350,000-strong workforce.
Accelerating AI adoption for enterprises
The partnership aims to bridge the gap between experimental AI projects and full-scale production, enabling enterprises to embrace AI-powered solutions at scale. Cognizant’s CEO, Ravi Kumar S, explained the significance of this shift: "Enterprises are moving beyond simple productivity gains toward a more connected, agentic future."
Cognizant plans to leverage Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Code models to deliver tailored solutions that drive modernization and measurable business results. The collaboration will focus on industry-specific implementations, starting with financial services, where AI tools will be integrated into regulated environments through Cognizant’s Agent Foundry platform.
