GI Outsourcing inaugurates new Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad

GI Outsourcing, a leading provider of accounts outsourcing and knowledge process management services, has officially opened a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. Located at the International Tech Park, this new facility marks a significant expansion of the company’s operations in the country.

The Hyderabad GCC was developed in collaboration with Enablr, a Covasant company, which played a key role in ensuring the smooth establishment of the center. The facility will serve as a critical delivery hub within GI Outsourcing’s Indian network, complementing its existing operations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad.

Strategic Expansion in India

Speaking on the importance of this development, GI Outsourcing Group CEO Tariq Husain stated: "India has been central to our long-term operating model. Our strategic expansion into Hyderabad is about accessing a rich ecosystem of innovation and financial expertise."

The company confirmed that the Hyderabad center would focus on leveraging the city’s talent pool of finance and accounting professionals to enhance support for its international client base.

A Partnership for Seamless Growth

Covasant and Enablr chairman and managing director CV Subramanyam highlighted their involvement in the initiative, emphasizing the importance of speed and efficiency in global operations. "Enterprise leaders today are looking for speed-to-market without compromising on quality or compliance", he said. "We partnered with GI Outsourcing in this transition, helping them set up their AI-first GCC, empowering them to do what they do best: provide world-class financial solutions to their global clients."

GI Outsourcing praised Enablr for facilitating the rapid launch of the Hyderabad GCC. Husain noted, "Enablr’s expertise helped us to bypass the usual teething problems of global expansion. They helped us move from planning to a fully operational center in Hyderabad without unnecessary delays or operational risk."

Plans for Growth

The Hyderabad GCC launches with an initial team of 50 staff members, with plans to double this number to 100 employees within the next year. The new facility aims to strengthen GI Outsourcing’s ability to deliver high-quality financial solutions and reinforce its position as a global leader in outsourced accounting services.

This expansion reinforces GI Outsourcing’s commitment to leveraging India’s skilled workforce and underscores the strategic importance of the country in its global operations.

Conclusion

The inauguration of the Hyderabad GCC signals an important milestone for GI Outsourcing as it continues to expand its footprint in India. By tapping into Hyderabad’s expertise in finance and accounting, the company is well-positioned to enhance its service delivery for international clients and ensure sustained growth in the competitive global market.
